Following a completed purchase, items are transferred directly to your linked Steam account.

All payments are securely processed through authorised third-party payment providers.

 

3. Account Registration and Security

 

Access to the platform is provided exclusively through Steam authentication.

You agree to:

4. Orders and Payment

User Responsibilities

You must:

· ensure Steam Guard and Mobile Authenticator are enabled if required;

6. Selling Items, Platform Fees & Payouts

 

Users listing items for sale agree to the following:

 

Listing and Approval

Items must be correctly categorised and may be reviewed prior to publication. Listings that do not meet platform or risk criteria may be rejected.

 

Inventory

Items remain in your inventory until sold. You must transfer items exactly as instructed once a sale is completed.

 

Failure to complete transfers may result in restrictions.

 

Platform Fee

 

A 10% commission is applied to all completed sales.

 

Payouts

Users must provide accurate payout details and may be subject to identity or compliance checks.

All payouts are handled via authorised payment providers. DKURSOFT LTD does not provide financial services.

 

Payouts are typically completed within 3–7 business days after successful delivery and verification.

 

Limits:

· Minimum: €10

· Maximum: €5,000 per transaction

 

Limits may be modified without prior notice.

 

Payouts may be delayed, reversed, or declined due to:

· fraud suspicion

· AML/KYC issues

· incorrect details

· unsupported payment methods

· restricted jurisdictions

Users can access payout history via their account dashboard.

 

Fraud Monitoring All transactions are monitored for fraud, chargebacks, and compliance risks. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel payouts where suspicious activity is detected.

 

7. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

EU/UK customers may cancel a paid order at any time before delivery has begun. Once the item transfer has been initiated, the right of withdrawal is waived in accordance with your consent given at checkout.

By receiving a trade offer with your ordered items, you waive this right.

 

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

Technical Failures

are entitled to a full refund of the affected transaction. Such refunds are processed within 14 days of confirmation of the technical failure.

 

· Orders may only be cancelled before payment processing

· Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction date to info@junglegap.org for the eligible cases listed above

· Delivered items are generally non-refundable

 

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

 

We reserve the right to reject abusive or fraudulent refund requests.

 

8. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

 

You agree not to:

· engage in illegal activities (including fraud or money laundering)

· provide false information

· disrupt or interfere with the Website

· use bots or automation without permission

16. Disputes and Complaints
